Those who fight depression, or what my friend calls the “battle of the mind,” never chose to be in this place.
I appreciate how we can laugh at ourselves and with one another while the world rapidly changes around us…or, ‘when everything not nailed down is comin’ loose…as someone said about something, one time…it’s what helps us stay positive.
Do not be disturbed by things out of your control. Build foundational pillars for the life you aspire to live.
